Thank you for providing your comments. I understand you are not fully satisfied with the guide's performance. He has been a guide for many years and is an expert on Venice so I am a bit surprised with this feedback as he is very well prepared for this tour. I will discuss this of course with the guide, I am sorry if you did not receive the historical information you expected. It is definitely recommended to arrive early - most people wait till last moment to arrive at the meeting point so it may happen that our meeting point assistant is surrounded by people checking in and it is more difficult to spot him/her. We have a sign with our company's logo and a tour name written on the sign so that you can locate the correct person. I understand however that you managed to spot our assistant and could enjoy the tour. Thank you for booking with us!
