Wonderful experience

My Cousin gifted my sister and I tours of the Vatican and ancient Rome. Both of our guides were phenomenal women and guides. They were knowledgeable, and I learned so much about both of these sites.

Our guide Francesca was awesome - she knew the ins and outs of getting thru the crowds and explaining the art and the Sistine Chapel Before we saw it so we knew what to look for!!

Dear Client, I'm sorry you forgot you had booked the tour. We send promptly a tour voucher upon receiving the booking and quite honestly this is the first time in many years of operating the business, that I receive a comment where we are considered responsible and hence receive a 1 star review when client forgives having booked a tour , missing therefore the tour booked. I suppose our responsibility is to provide the service booked in a professional manner and send to client the voucher with confirmation of the booking made and all related information. I'm anyhow sorry you missed the tour and I'm sure that if you contacted the office and we had the possibility in offering the tour any other day, we would have offered you that possibility. As for the glass workshop, we've been delaing for years with this company and never had problems with our clients. I wish you had contacted us after the tour or even said something to our guide that would have reported us the misfeelings you had, as it is our top priority our clients always receive a respectful attitude and that do not feel pressurized.
