I am sorry regarding the delay of the free subscription gift. The delay was due to the initial stock running out fast due to the offer being popular. We have received further stock of this and one was allocated to your subscription on 9th May 2014 so will be with you shortly if you have not already received this. Once again I am sorry although I do thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
