No real problem ,if the issue is late you always inform me prior to delivery
excellent service until recent when my copy did not arrive I finally received a copy after a telephone call and an insistance by me that I wanted the mag this arrived one week later
Not sure what you mean by service as I get the magazine weekly by post. occassionally go online to look at a car review I'm not sure about. Magazine is sometimes a day or two late.
Great service, i had a query on the free gift that was a bit late but all handled very well. May be an email to inform about the delay with the gift. But only a small point.
