Having investigated your case, it would appear that we were let down not by one driver on that Saturday morning, but in fact three drivers, rendering it impossible for us to meet our commitment to you. We have subsequently taken firm steps to minimise the risk of a repeat in future for other clients. As I understood from the team that you stated you were otherwise very happy with our service up until this point, I was naturally very disappointed to learn that we let you down during your move-out of storage.
