One of armchairs delivered damaged with hole in fabric. But a new one is being manufactured to replace. Wouldn't have expected this damage after spending £2,450.

So sorry that your Montague chair did not get delivered to you in the perfect state that it should have, I can assure you it would not have left the factory in this state and must have got damaged in transit, which I agree is still not acceptable.

I am glad your replacement arrived in perfect condition and that we were able to resolve the problem for you.

I am sure the replacement looks great with the Montague sofa and second chair you purchased.
