Service is good, apart from that you make customers pay for returns to you if they aren’t satisfied with their order, and the wall paper online do have very significant colour differences in person.

Hi Bronwyn, Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry to see you have left us only 2 stars. You are correct, unwanted wallpapers are returned at the customer's cost. We are very clear about this and it is a standard thing in most industries, including the wallpaper one. We do highly recommend that customers use our sample service as wallpapers can look different online depending upon the brightness and contrast settings that people have on their smart phones/tablets etc. A sample of this wallpaper is only 99p. Great wallpaper, terrible customer service
The wallpaper was and is beautiful. Your customer service team in the other hand needs revamping. Please teach them about 'customer excellence/experience'. I was close to cancelling my wallpaper...

Prompt delivery
prompt delivery but one sample was such a small piece it did not show the repeat, importantly all the major accent colour only the background
