I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with the delivery of your order and that you find the new website difficult to navigate. Overall the feedback from customers on the new website has been very positive, however If you would be kind enough to get in touch and explain your issues further we will take them on board as we are always trying to improve the functionality of the site. Regarding items being loose in the box I can only apologise for this and will raise the matter with our warehouse. If any goods have been damaged because of this please let us know and we will gladly arrange areplacement.

Payment confirmations are sent out automatically on completion of a customers order and your issue isn't something that we have expereinced before.
