I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the level service we have provided and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have looked into your order and can see at the time you placed it our website did show that we only had 1 pack of 10 in stock. Our customer service team did then email you on the 31st January at 10:37 to advise you of this but unfortunately we received no reply. As we received no reply we proceeded to send out the pack we had in stock and refunded you for the other 2 packs.
