I'm sorry to hear you had to contact us twice about a missing item and apologies for this as we try our best to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible. I’m glad to hear the matter has now been resolved and that you have received your refund.

I have checked with our customer service team who after speaking to our courier can confirm that a parcel has been misplaced. I have looked into this for you and our records show our courier has tried to make delivery on a couple of occasions but nobody was available to accept the goods.
