Good morning Shirl. I'm sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the service. I thought we had worked through the start-up kinks in a timely and effective manner. I know that we spoke on several occasions about a pronunciation issue in the opening greeting as well as when our agent failed to day good morning during a test call. Those matters where addressed immediately. Further, I'm aware that on one occasion you called and I was on a conference call and I returned your call -which was done asap.
