Please accept my apologies for the length of time it took to get your delivery to you, it was extremely disappointing to hear that you items had not arrived on the 24th as expected as we despatched the items on the 23rd On receiving you call on the 24th we contacted our courier, Upon investigation we found that our courier had delivered the parcel to the wrong address we arranged for the item to be collected from this address and re-directed to yourself. I apologise for the length of time this took to re-deliver your order unfortunately this was due to the bank holiday weekend Once again I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Garry Bridges
