Absolutely first class service from William,got all of my lighting for the whole house in half an hour with William's help!!

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience with us. We genuinely try so hard to get things right but sometimes we make mistakes and errors can happen. Although we tried to resolve this problem to your satisfaction, on this occasion it clearly was not enough. We have now altered the product description to reflect the lights (recently) updated design features.
Great service. Kept me update throughout. Love Dar lighting... Amos always have something I like. Have bought from them before and will definitely buy from them again
