Bad communication!

I was not told that the Rayleigh branch had shut down, therefore I was told to go to the Hockley branch and the keys weren't there. Then I was told to go back to Rayleigh and wait in Diggins & Co....

Mrs Cordell I am confused by the reply. You have confirmed that you were happy with the service throughout the transaction. Our staff assisted your purchase of our clients property by arranging surveys and gas safety inspections to help you and your family. It is unfair that the basis of your decision to not give us a high rating is that your Solicitor incorrectly told you to collect keys before funds have been received by the sellers Solicitors and that the seller had contacted you in the week prior to the move using a telephone number that you yourself had passed onto them. We hope you are happy in your new home.
