The only one who has hybrid mattresses!

Collapsing after several months
I haven't had this mattress a year and it has collapsed in several places. Not happy at all. I could have gotten a temper pedic mattress for about the same price. Would not recommend at all.

Oh no, we are terribly sorry to hear that. It looks like we tried covering you under warranty, but we have not heard back from you. It sounds like you may have been using a conventional frame that had larger gaps than what is recommended for this mattress. We are sorry the frame requirements were not clear at the time of purchase. If you get proper support and rotate the mattress, it should be able to even itself out. Please let us know if we can assist any further.
