Hi Janet, it appears that the real issue here was that you purchased quite a few upgrades that are clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" at the time of your purchase. We are sorry that you forgot that these items were not refundable and at no point did anyone ever lie to you. We did not "force" a topper on you. We simply asked that if you would like to try one out, there would be a $50 fee if a return was still required. Most folks love our toppers and even more love our mattresses. We are sorry that neither of them worked out for your particular requirements.

It also appears as though your sleep trial return policy had expired and we mistakenly approved your return. But since we did approve it, we have already honored it and issued you your refund. We will be more diligent in the future. Your fabricated review and false comments are not appreciated, and we would encourage you to update your review accordingly.
