Hi Kevin, we have tried contacting you a number of times to discuss things further but we have not heard back from you. We did offer you a replacement mattress, but we are not able to offer a new sleep trial or warranty due to your current frame setup. We are sorry that this is not a satisfactory solution for you, but a king mattress on a base with only a few slats is not sufficient for any online mattress. Our customer support has been nothing but professional and expedient with your questions and claim. We highly recommend that you repair or replace your current frame prior to setting up any other mattress.

Thanks for the great feedback for your Amore Beds Hybrid mattress. Pillows can sometimes be a very personalized accessory, so it's sometimes more difficult to get them right the first time around. Some have commented that they are too thin, but most tend to be happier with them as a secondary pillow. Thank you for taking the time to break in the mattress in order to get the best sleep ever.
