just not good at all
sorry, but responses are slow and sometimes there are no responses at all. Even now after 2 months I am still awaiting payment and feedback on claims

Very happy with the service. The charges from the Dr and hospital were dealt with promptly. I just had to focus on getting home as fast as possible.
