I have only used the fabric cleanse and so not fair to rate the other products but the cleanse is a dreadful strong smell that still lingers in my washing machine even after I have used the machine...
Although I gave myself a problem with ordering within 5 mins of each of other, the young lady on the phone, helped me efficiently and dealt with my problem
Very disappointed. I had to return the iitem as the same product another website is nearly up to £90 cheaper .

Part of the problem with running an online company is that prices move daily both up and down. On one of our products we are currently selling for £400 less than other sites.
We do try to charge a reasonable price for our goods at a reasonable profit. We are a smallish company and I can assure you that we are paying more for our machines than some of the online vendors are selling this product for. As a general rule if we find that we can only sell out of sync with the market place we tend to stop selling the product. We are now monitoring the situation in order to make that decision.
In our defence as soon as you complained we did immediately refund you without question. Thank you for both trying Allergy Best Buys and taking the trouble to post the review.
