Great service with room for improvement
Generally my contact was great. The only let down was the poor follow-up on the side of the staff especially when their help or assistance was most desired.

A lovely lady called Jodie chatted through what I needed for my house insurance and rang me back very quickly with an excellent quote. At 83yrs old I appreciated her patience with me. Excellent!
