Your order was sent on the 24th of November by Royal Mail First Class Signed For post. These can arrive next day but normally take 3-5 working days to arrive after despatch. Regrettably your order took the full 5 business days to arrive. With the pandemic and the extra workload Royal Mail experiences this time of year, we are seeing longer delivery times from Royal Mail.
