Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. About your order, it was placed on a Saturday and we are shut over the weekend. We picked your order up on Monday the 18th of January but found that one of the lines you ordered was missing, We managed to source the stock the next day but it was too late to despatch your order so we shipped it the next day (20th of January). Having tracked your order, I can see that it is still on it’s way to you. Unfortunately, international orders are now subject to two possible delays that we can do little about: Covid backlogs and custom inspections. Royal Mail has been hit quite hard by Covid-related absences and this had led to delays in several areas. Additionally, all items delivered to the EU from the UK will now be subject to custom inspections and possible fees in the delivery country. All this adds time to deliveries so we ask that you be patient while your order passes through these systems. I want to thank you once again for your time and I hope you have a good day.
