Over packaged, presumably in an attempt to justify an exorbitant postal charge. The quantity of packaging was entirely unnecessary and certainly not environmentally responsible. I have yet to assess...

Your response is simple greenwashing. The pastilles are packed in a robust metal tin and require minimal packaging for postage.
