Chair based exercise course
The course was very informative through both practical and paper based instruction. Tha Teacher was informative and showed very good communication with us all.

Chair exercise for all
Great course. Liked the fact it was fully interactive, bringing realistic everyday examples to the course and discussing ways within which it could be adapted to different settings and abilities....

Amazing
It was a very informative course. My Tutor and Handler Dave and Liz Lee were absolutely amazing with helping. Halfway through some personal troubles got in the way of me carrying on with the course...

very informative
