Excellent via website and sending. However the unit was damaged and I called and left long message to call me back. Called again more but no responds. Does anyone listen to messages ?

This order came in and was held back because some of the details failed our rules. You did not contact us after a few days and we refunded it on 21/3/14. We have received no further contact until receiving this negative feedback.
