We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we take full responsibility for the mistakes that were made. We acknowledge that you were initially sent the wrong items, and we are glad that we were able to rectify this situation. However, we regret that the corrected order also contained an incorrect quantity. Additionally, we are deeply sorry that one of the verso rcbos you received was faulty.
