We're sorry any inconvenience caused by working with multiple team members, the reason that we do this is so that if a specific agent is busy with another traveler you won't have to wait an excessive amount of time in order to get the answers you need about your tour, as all of our team have access to the information needed to make sure that your tour goes off as smoothly as possible.
