Bad customer servicw
My event was cancelled for weather. We didn’t have time to reschedule. Now we can not get a hold of a live person to get our refund! We have been given the run around for over 10 days now.

We went for our tour and it was cancelled.. that’s understandable due to weather however there was no conversation or communication about the cancellation and I have still not gotten my refund !!
