We're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent order.
You selected a standard delivery, which typically takes 2–3 working days. Your order was scheduled to be delivered on the third working day; however, as previously discussed with you, the parcel was unfortunately delayed in transit and could not be delivered due to the perishable nature of the items.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we truly apologize for the stress caused. A refund has already been processed, and as advised, it typically takes 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.

As mentioned in our earlier communication, we can confirm that the rice and other items left our network in excellent condition, and the damage occurred during transit. That said, we take full responsibility and are currently in discussion with our delivery partners to ensure better handling of parcels moving forward.
