Firstly, thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you had problems trying to find us on the day of your session.
When contacting the office directly, we do endeavour to provide accurate directions to ensure this does not occur. I can see that you booked in online which means that you would have received a confirmation email which provides you with further details about our location. The email included the following information: “Paddington Basin - we meet by our barge about 200m from the end of the Basin - not far from M&S cafe”. We also have maps on our website showing precise locations of our bases.
We have also spoken to all our instructors and reiterated to them the importance of arriving to a session they are taking on time (of course sometimes this may not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances).
We appreciate constructive comments like yours, which enable us to be more aware of any issues, and we encourage customers to contact us directly.
As a gesture of good will we would love for you to come back as a Returning Paddler to Paddington free of charge at any time over the summer period. Please contact our office to book in.
