thank you for your feedback - good and bad. To address your points, I would like to advise that before you can register for and achieve NVQ, you need to hold the technical certificate at level 2 which is what you have done and so therefore, you are on the right path. CSCS only plays a part if you are looking to gain access to site work - it wouldn't apply if you were undertaking domestic plumbing - for which there are plenty of job opportunities and therefore the potential to achieve the NVQ then gain a CSCS card(PMES-JIB card for Plumbers) and then move to site related work. I apologise if this wasn't explained to you whilst at the training centre, I think that sometimes the instructors here are so focused on getting you through the course that they forget about what comes after - again I can only apologise on their behalf. I would like to thank you for the positive feedback on the staff and the facilities - your feedback in full has helped me to identify the need to provide more information to students regarding their future in the industry rather than just their future at Able Skills. It is never our intention to sell courses which do not meet the requirements of industry - the whole point of what we do is to give people the opportunity to change careers.
