Because I didn't realize I was booking through third party, and it was too inconvenient at time of arrival to cancel. Needed a handicap room with 2 beds and they could not accommodate. Also toilet...
We were there three nights. Two mornings no hot meals. Orange didn’t seem like “real” juice. Had to ask for spoons. Need more luggage transporters. All employees were very nice.
