Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Tacoma Downtown an IHG Hotel
The hotel bar was not open for more than two nights and there were party people all over the place. Trash bags in the floors and beer bottles and red cups next to the elevator until 11am.

We are disappointed to hear the hotel common areas fell short of expectations, but appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at the W San Francisco
We specifically booked here because they had an indoor pool as we were there for a state tournament with younger kids. We got there and the pool was not open...with no reason stated other than sorry...
