Unprofessional
Errors were made in the calculation of the premium offered. Staff informed that a loading was being added because of an illness, then stated that this was not the case - but couldn't satisfactorily...

Good start but some poor follow-up
It was generally good, but the request for the no-claims bonus was done poorly. I sent a copy but they wanted the original - which is not what they requested. When I sent that I never got...

It's impossible to contact anyone. Impossible to manage you insurance online.

Excellent customer service
The staff were lovely and i gave them a ball park figure of what I thought I should pay and they got me into the ball park.
