Very friendly and knowledgeable
The service was excellent - highly knowledgeable staff who were very willing to help, and also to leave us to our own devices to have a go with the goods and discuss between ourselves.

Their customer service is fantastic, always polite and friendly. Ordered an oyster 3 travel system I was worried it wouldn't come in time due to the pandemic but the girls made sure it did.
