Sorry to hear that your local Royal Mail is so very slow but delighted that you have been able to buy Bio-propolis locally. The minute you feel your cold sore starting use Bio-propolis as catching it early can, sometimes, prevent a full blown sore from growing.
Some nights when I use it, seems better than others, must be my frame of mind I think.
