We were happy with your service and the product. However we were very unhappy with the service from city link as they failed to deliver on the day we requested and then left the parcle in the garden in the rain the following day with no not left to let us know that it was there.
The courier service is completely inadequate. You cannot arrange for them to deliver at a specific time and delivery is only between 9 and 5. I don't know who can afford to take a whole day off work...

Sorry you have had issues with delivery. You can select a timed delivery during the checkout process and there is also the option to have the item delivered to a different address to the billing address eg work. We also offer the chance to enter delivery instructions for the courier driver eg leave with neighbour.
