We are sorry to hear that they were too small. It is very difficult to recommend sizing with out seeing the foot, and whilst our fully trained staff will do their best to help with sizing over the phone it is always best that you have the foot mentioned in one of our concessions so that they can give you more accurate fitting advice. We do hope your younger daughter likes them nevertheless. Thank you for your feedback.
