Service on the phone is very good, few problems with ordering online. Bench add-on and cupboard unit could only be ordered as an accessory when purchasing other products but it wasn't possible to select the items? ordered over the phone at the internet prices. One delivery date was missed by a few days - again, support on the phone was good.

Liz ...the rep was superb ... very helpful. The main problem ... and still ongoing is the difficulty in putting it all together ... it is a job for a professional person and I think Slingsby should offer a fitting service. No detailed fitting instructions!!!!!!!
