I have chased the replacement this morning and am assured that you will receive either a finial or complete pole tomorrow as Swish should have dealt with this by now.

Found no fault with the company. As per their word I received another finial in the post today. They kept me verll well informed throughout the process and I would be happpy to use the company again.
As the wrong track was delivered, I am not very impressed with the service at present.

I am sorry that you were sent the incorrect length of track on 28th March. As soon as this was brought to our attention a replacement was despatched and that should be with you today.

The Silchester pole is a budget pole and we do state clearly that fixing screws are not included. As no two installations are the same, basic screws/plugs are often unsuitable. Therefore, in order to keep the price as keen as possible, they are ommitted from this range.
