Mrs Garner, I apologise again that your delivery was not when expected, as explained in our mails, we were not informed that the date 19sep had changed by the supplier .I did mail you on the 5th sep to inform you that it was out of stock the day after you ordered on the 4th. When you cancelled your order and replaced it you were mailed again that the item was out of stock, as our previous orders were being fulfilled and there wasn't sufficient supply. We offered a refund or different colour in the mails to try and find a suitable option for you. As explained in the mails we raised a complaint with the supplier to which we were then offered a Saturday delivery, to get it to you quicker.
With regards to your track if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to return the product for full refund.
I can only apologise again that you are not happy with your product or the service we have supplied.
