Please accept my sincere apologies that our delivery company let you down on this occasion. When you called us you requested that you wanted to cancel the order rather than let us help you to re-attempt the delivery. We therefore promtly instructed our couriers to return you order to us so it could be refunded in full for you. We always try our best to address any delivery problems on the rare occasions that the occur and be as helpful as possible. We do feel that we acted quickly and followed your instructions when we recieved your complaint. However we are sorry once again for the inconvenience and will be taking the matter further with our courier company.
