Very efficient and quick service. I must say that the delivery charge on a small order is extremely high and the volume and amount of packaging is excessive and both difficult and messy to dispose...

Good Website, Easy Ordering, Good Customer Services ie; returns etc
Until recently I have used Lyco regularly to buy light bulbs and fittings. My last batch of bulbs were terrible blowing after a short time sometimes one use. I now would not use them again.

Really sorry to hear you've had problems with a Crompton product. They are a very well established brand and I'm surprised to hear it.

The service and product were excellent. The speed of delivery was unbelievable. In the advert they however showed wall laps to match, but when asked were unable to supply. This was disappointing.
All in all a very good service.Competative prices, friendly and helpfull staff when ihave needed to contact them by phone and delivery is excellent.However, i do find the new website a little...
