The discounted price was debited from your card as promised. As we do not take any money until we despatch our orders we can release a lower amount, for example if the items are very light we can lower the postage or if a discount was promised we can apply the discount and release the lower amount. We do pride ourselves on offering some of the best customer service and lowest prices around and we are sorry our service was not up to our high standards in this instance.
