Your delivery instructions regarding a small vehicle were passed over to the couriers, however it seems your local depo missed the request. You should not have been expected to drive to where the plants had been left, so I really do apologise this happened. As discussed on our call I have raised a credit note for you and I have dropped you an email with all the details on how you can use it.
