very unhappy with the response i got from customer services, rubbish quality t that lost shape when washed, have bought several t's before, never again

I am very sorry to hear that you unhappy in regards to the quality of the items that you have ordered. We aim to produce the very highest quality garments that we can. We made a switch earlier in the year to a more quality blank t shirt from the Heavy Cotton t shirts that we used previously.

I would say average, the delivery of the items was a little slow.
Unfortunately the item was damaged in the post and went back to 8 ball so it never actually made it to me. That said, they handled it very well, so I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
