Prompt responses and good service so far.
For improvements, i would add a map of where storage cabis are positioned and someone at reception to reply to customers' enquiries

We will take on board your comments but would like to point out that during Covid we have had to take steps to protect our customers and our team by minimising contact in the onsite office. Ramp to storage was covered in rubbish and we got a puncture on the debris

We are really surprised to have received this review. Our facility is in pristine condition so to state it is neglected is simply not fair or reasonable. We have worked really hard as a family business to provide clean secure storage to our customers and our reviews from reasonable people reflect that. See the images taken on our gallery (https://www.metro-storage.co.uk/gallery/)of how the facility looks - these are not stock bought pictures but real pictures taken on site. We are sorry you got a puncture but you can get a puncture anywhere so why that is our fault I really dont know. Being in the middle of a busy part of N1 and surrounded by many residential apartment buildings with their own bins when the wind is blustery rubbish blow down into the ramp area which we clear up. It is really hard running a business during these difficult times and we think your review is just not reasonable.
