Mikayla was amazing and helped me with anything I was unsure of or didn't know what to do. We had a bit of a tough process in my opinion but she made it happen

Overall a very satisfactory experience.
As there were some difficulties during the transaction due to policy issues, Mathew was very professional in his approach to resolving these as well as taking on board a suggestion or 2 from myself.
