The reason I only gave 4 stars was over my ID can you explain what type of Id you need and why as I live out in a rural area it was hard for me to get around

Thanks for your review, we appreciate the honest feedback. It's part of the lenders requirements to have clear and legible copies of ID on their files to go along with the loan application. While we're sorry to hear it was a bit of running around, we're glad it resulted in a new car for you :-)
