feeling cheated!!
Very nervy - I paid an extra £7 to have the assurance that we could amend or cancel at no charge and then the company has the audacity to charge another 99 pence for it at the end of the booking - ...

Flexible parking options can be cancelled up until a week prior to your arrival, though it is possible to extend the flexibility further so that you can cancel your booking up until 24 hours prior to your arrival. This further extension is of course optional. Next time you book your parking, please don't hesitate to contact us directly and we would be more than happy to process your booking for you, ensuring that you do not purchase any optional extras that you do not require. Straight forward to use although you should have to tick the box for posting out a hard copy at an additional cost rather than uncheck it
